About This Project
Every new SaaS wastes its first weeks rebuilding the same plumbing — auth, billing, transactional email. Shipfast is a starter foundation I built so the boring-but-critical stack is already wired, letting a founder spend day one on the feature that actually differentiates their product.
The approach: a production-shaped landing page and starter that bundles authentication, payments, and email into a coherent, ready-to-extend base, with clean structure and modern tooling so it scales past the prototype instead of being thrown away.
The outcome is a launch-ready starting line: less time on boilerplate, faster path to a paying first customer. It reflects how I help founders get to market — ship the core fast, then iterate on what's unique.
