I first measure the bottlenecks in loading, rendering and server response. Improvements are checked against that baseline. The outcome depends on the site, hosting and third-party scripts; rankings and conversions cannot be guaranteed.
Ongoing support can be scoped as a separate agreement. We should define the systems covered, expected work, response windows and how additional requests are approved; there is no fixed support package implied by this FAQ.
