I completed Anthropic’s Introduction to subagents course on 13 August 2026. This entry records the course, its scope, and my publicly verifiable completion certificate.
What the course covers
The course introduces subagents in Claude Code: separate assistants that handle a defined task in their own context and return information to the main conversation. That separation can keep a lengthy development session focused, provided the delegated task and expected response are clear.
Its four lessons cover:
What subagents are: how a separate context differs from the main conversation.
Creating a subagent: configuring a custom assistant through the /agents command.
Using subagents effectively: deciding which tasks suit delegation and recognizing situations where it adds unnecessary complexity.
Verify the completion
The certificate verification page identifies Engr Mejba Ahmed as the learner, Anthropic Education as the issuer, and 13 August 2026 as the completion date. This is evidence of course completion; it does not certify a client delivery, production deployment, or measured business result.
