About This Project
I built a Laravel and Filament administration panel for Nahida Akter Consulting Academy, a consultancy platform with services, educational resources, and community content. The dashboard brings those separate publishing and support tasks into one workspace, so routine website updates can be handled through forms rather than template changes.
The five gallery images document the local development build: the dashboard overview, blog editor, branded sign-in screen, hero-slide editor, and website settings. They show the administration interface, not evidence of customer growth or revenue.
Organizing a consultancy's content
The navigation groups resources into Content, Services, Community, User Management, and Configuration. Content includes blog posts, categories, newsletters, scholarships, universities, and downloadable resources. Services and service categories have their own section; enquiries, testimonials, workshops, and chat conversations sit together in Community.
This separation makes the panel useful for a team maintaining both advice articles and paid service information. An editor can update an article without navigating a pricing form, while an administrator can review recent registrations and move directly to user records.
An editorial workflow with publishing controls
The blog form combines a title, slug, excerpt, rich-text body, featured image, category, and author. It supports draft, published, and scheduled states, with a publication date and featured-post option. Dedicated SEO fields allow an editor to provide a search title, description, and social-sharing image; the excerpt supplies a description fallback.
The hero-slide editor separates public copy from an internal label. It provides image alt text, primary and secondary calls to action, alignment and overlay controls, display scheduling, and sort order. Its upload configuration resizes oversized carousel images before upload. These controls make homepage maintenance a content task instead of a code change.
Service information that can be maintained separately
Service forms hold the overview, audience, prerequisites, included and excluded items, FAQs, and publication status. Related pricing tiers support a name, price, feature list, delivery period, revisions, and a highlighted option. This gives operators explicit fields for explaining an offer instead of embedding every detail in one long description.
Site settings bring brand assets, contact information, social links, and SEO defaults together. The panel uses an olive accent palette, Plus Jakarta Sans, a branded login, and a collapsible sidebar, with dark mode as its configured default.
Dashboard reporting and chat support
The overview queries application records for total and email-verified users, registrations in the last seven days, published content, services, and recent signups. These are administrative counters, not a substitute for acquisition or conversion analytics. The numbers in the development screenshots are not reported here as business results.
The connected chat service uses Prism to stream responses through a configured AI provider. Its tools can search help articles, retrieve service details, and record a request for human follow-up. Conversation history is bounded by configuration. AI answers still depend on the quality of the underlying information and require appropriate human oversight.
Implementation and scope
The reviewed lockfile records Laravel 13, Filament 5.6, Livewire 4, and Prism. Spatie packages provide roles, media, translations, and selected model activity logging. The available source supports these implementation details; this case study does not claim a completed accessibility certification, comprehensive security audit, or measured conversion improvement.
