About This Project
A local-first AI Business Operating System built around a central Claude-powered Integrator Agent that acts as a virtual second-in-command — coordinating an entire AI workforce of specialized agents.
The Integrator Agent decomposes business goals into tasks, delegates work to specialized agents (Bookkeeping, CRM, Research, Customer Service, Social Media, and Marketing), supervises execution, coordinates results, and reports back to the owner. New agents can be added through configuration alone, with no core code changes.
Key capabilities:
- Central Integrator Agent that plans, delegates, monitors, and reports
- Extensible Agent Management System to create, manage, and coordinate sub-agents
- Hybrid local + cloud architecture — orchestration and business memory stay local; heavy, parallel workloads run on cloud agents
- Local knowledge store for persistent, private business memory
- Human-in-the-loop approval gate — nothing consequential or outbound happens without one-click owner approval
- Operations command center: agent status, tasks, assignments, progress, inter-agent communication, business metrics, and system health
The platform pairs local-first privacy and control with cloud-scale execution, giving business owners an AI operations manager that handles the operational load while they stay fully in command.
Tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Claude API, SQLite (with local vector store), Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. Premium dark-theme UI with a clean, high-contrast design system.
