How it's built

1. Scope call — we map your top ticket types, the systems to connect, and what "good" looks like.
2. Knowledge setup — I ingest your docs/FAQs into a retrieval layer and define guardrails (tone, refusal, escalation rules).
3. Integration — connect CRM/order/database lookups via your APIs and test real queries.
4. Review & tuning — you test against real conversations; I refine prompts, retrieval, and fallback behaviour.
5. Handover — embed code, source, and a short walkthrough of how to maintain it.

Timeline, revisions & scope

Most builds run two to four weeks depending on how many integrations are involved. Each engagement includes two rounds of revisions after the first working demo. Pricing starts at the listed rate and is confirmed after the scope call, since integration count and data volume vary.

Not included unless agreed in scope: ongoing OpenAI API usage fees (billed to your own account), building new APIs where none exist, voice/phone channels, and long-term content maintenance. I work primarily in PHP/Laravel and Node, and integrate with whatever stack your systems expose.
